The goal was to provide data-driven recommendations to improve Eduspace’s competitive standing and market reach.
Challenges & Approach:
- Low Digital Engagement: Eduspace had only 28 YouTube subscribers, compared to 1.23M for Vedantu.
- Pricing Model Limitations: Lack of premium plans and competitive structuring impacted revenue.
- Limited Personalization: Unlike AI-driven platforms, Eduspace lacked tailored learning experiences.
Through comprehensive research and competitive analysis, I identified areas of improvement and recommended targeted strategies to enhance engagement, pricing flexibility, and user experience.
